Then while thinking this I realized that although my list is not written down I definitely have one. Yeah I know I'm brilliant! Hypocrite yep that's me today! So I figured I would embrace that I was wrong and write down my list so here goes........
I want someone:

strong in the gospel

treats everyone well

mature but can still have fun and let loose

ambitious

I like guys taller me than me (if that makes me shallow so be it)

HAVE TO BE HONEST (won't put up with anything less)

I love guys that can make me laugh and come out of my shell

I love to be teased (I look uptight, but if you get to know me I'm pretty laid back)

needs to be accepting (I don't like people who look down on others for dumb reasons)

someone who loves the outdoors is definitely a plus

hard workers (you have to be with me because I do not open up easily).

That is pretty much my list. I'm sure there are things I left out, but for me these are probably the most important ones. Some people think I'm crazy because I don't have a huge list of what my future husband should look like. I learned along time ago that looks are not everything although I am definitely attracted to the more rustic/cowboy look. I don't know why but that is definitely attractive to me. I like guys that know how to work, and are willing to do things instead of sitting in front of the X-box. I also would rather be with someone who is not the star of the football team. They tend to be the most down to earth guys. I'm sure there are exceptions, but that is just my observation. I also don't have a problem with guys who have made mistakes and have come full circle. Mistakes are what make us stronger and better as individuals.

Well now that I have come full circle from my hypocrite moment, maybe one day I will find someone that fits my list;)

Goodbye 2011 Hello 2012

2011 has been such an amazing year for me! I have had the chance to meet many amazing people, cross train in a different department at work, go shooting, and grow as a person. I have had the chance to actually participate in ward activities which if you know me, that really does not happen very often. Between working and just not wanting to go I hardly ever go to these functions. I have gone outside of my comfort zone which is terrifying, but through these experiences I feel like I am heading in the direction I want to take with my life. Yes, I know this post is kind of scatter brained, but this year really has had an impact on me. I feel so positive about the future. I can't wait to see what this year will hold for me and those around me!

Just Thinking

Have you ever thought of why you are the way you are? Why your shy/outgoing/mean? What makes you tick? Can certain events scar you so deeply that it alters the person into someone completely different. I have been reading a lot lately, and some of the books I have read have discussed some of those questions. If events do change you (like your personality) is it possible to go back? Here's an example. If someone you love hurts you, and because of this incident you become less outgoing and stay more to yourself can you overcome that ordeal? I have mixed feelings on the answer. I feel that in some circumstances it can be overcome, but in others it may not be possible. I think it is horrible/amazing that other people have such an influence on who we become as people. People can have such a wide affect on each other, and I think we forget that sometimes. I worry that people have affected me and that I may never get over those kinds of insecurities that have been created. I also worry about my affect on people. Has it been positive or negative? I'm sure probably a little of both. It makes me sad to know that I probably have created pain in other people's lives without thinking.

Winding Down

Well this summer has been amazing! I was able to go on a couple of vacations with the family up to Island Park. We did tons of things. We went floating down the river, four wheeling, exploring, and going to Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone was my favorite thing to do this year. My goal this year was to at least see a grizzly bear. Every year we go and I never have seen one. I have seen a couple black bears but no grizzlies. So this year we went searching for them. We hit gold this last vacation. In two days at the park we saw a total of 7 grizzlies and 1 black bear. It was amazing. One of the grizzlies was only 30 feet away!!! I love nature so this experience was so cool for me. I always find places like Yellowstone so exquisite. It's amazing just how beautiful it really its.

Other than the vacations I have pretty much been working and occasionally hanging with friends. It has been one very busy summer. I have officially moved back to Logan. I can't express how much I have missed this place! I have missed my roommates! We have such a good time together. We moved in and went to a rodeo that night! It was fun I got to see an old roommate of mine Mackenzie! I love rodeos! I'm so excited to start this year of school. I'm looking forward to meeting all of the new people moving in. I'm in a socializing mood. For those of you that know me well, you know this is not a common thing for me! ha ha

July

Wow this summer is going by so fast! I'm having tons of fun with friends and family. I got to go watch fireworks with my family this weekend. My neighbors grandchildren ended up coming and we got to play for hours. It was so fun!

I went on vacation a couple weeks ago and had the best time. We saw a bear and some elk on our four wheeler ride. This is the second time I have seen a bear while riding the four wheeler. It was so cool and scary at the same time. The only downside of this vacation was the mosquitos. They were horrible!

I'm really excited for the July vacation! It's going to be so much fun. I'm so glad that I get a real break from school and work during the summertime. It was much needed this year.

I'm getting nervous for my last year of college. It is a little scary just because after I graduate I'm gonna have to figure out what I should do. It is kind of weird to think of. I have been in the same routine for the past four years and to have it changed is a little scary, but at the same time exciting.

Summer Update

So...........this summer started off with a trip to Lagoon with Brett. I forgot that the sun could come out. I got fried! It was tons of fun, but the sunburn really sucked. I feel like I still live in Logan because I am constantly going back up there to visit Shaley and Brett.

The summer started off a little bit on the bad side because work was hardly scheduling me, but the last few weeks they have put me back to regular hours:) I am currently trying to get cross trained in the vault at work. I want to do something different. I also want to do something that does not involve cashiering everyday. I love my job, but at this point I could really use a break from the front end. Speaking of the front end I had the pleasure of cleaning our merchandise pickup cage at work, and well let me tell you I have never seen so many dust bunnies in my life. So gross! I couldn't breathe!

This last week I went on a hike over by the Bountiful Temple. It was so beautiful:) I am determined to hike quite a bit this summer. I want to enjoy the outdoors more sings how I spend the majority of my time indoors because of my job.

My best friend Amy is getting married in two weeks! My other best friend Anna Maag is engaged! It is crazy to think that only me and Leslie are left in our group to get married. It is crazy how many people have gotten married this year:)

I will be done with school next summer. I am so excited to get my degree and start a career. I hope to stay with Costco and just move up in the company. We will see where life takes me.

Life at this point is looking very good. I am so grateful for the people around me. I am very happy and can't wait for some good weather so I can officially say it's SUMMER!!!

THE END IS IN SIGHT!

I can't believe it another school year is days away from coming to a close. I cannot express how much I have loved this school year! I have met so many amazing people. Sharing a room with my sister has been an experience. Not gonna lie I am excited to have my own room again:) Love ya Shay! I am going to miss my roommates so much! I really cannot wait until fall when we all come back up. This year has been full of fun experiences. Some of them include:

Baby deer grow up into elk!

Wait! I thought the elk where going to pull the sleigh!

Going to Hardware Ranch

Panda Express

Cafe Rio

Aggie Basketball Games

Bonfire

Exploring in the canyon

Glee

Survivor

Homework up to our eyeballs!

Making new friends

Getting my car stuck in the parking lot!

Football games

Trying out institute

Family home evenings

Dating an amazing guy

Going to California for spring break

Going to Salmon, Idaho

Going home almost every weekend to work

Having Kristy come visit us

Easter Egging

Sasquatching

Snowballs

Being Snowed in the Apartment

Ice Skating up to class!

There are just so many amazing things that have happened this year! I have a feeling I will be up here quite a bit this summer! That is the good news. My sister is staying up here so maybe she will let me come crash at the apartment!

Forgiving

One of the hardest things in this world is forgiving. Everyone is going to have a human moment every once in a while and lose their temper. It is life. We learn to deal with it and move on. I have a hard time with people that LOVE to hold grudges. Is it really necessary? Is it productive? No the only thing that gets accomplished with this is that hate grows and you justify the right to be bitter. I personally don't think this sounds like a great solution, but everyone thinks differently. Another thing I was thinking about this week was that you can't have an argument just by yourself. IT TAKES TWO TO ARGUE! I can't stress that enough. Yes you got offended by the argument, but how did you make the other person feel? Was what they said true? We have been counselled to forgive others and to accept others apologies. There are two sides to every argument. I think we lose sight of the other side because we focus so much on our pain from the experience. It might be beneficial to actually step back and look at it from their perspective. I know that I hardly ever do that. It is something I need to focus on.

Sasquatch and the Easter Bunny

Well last night we decided to go Sasquatching. My roommate has a sasquatch costume so we decided to put it to good use. We had Ashley just walk into different apartments. It was so funny! The boys above us told Ashley "I will punch you monkey" when she walked in the door. Everyone outside just burst out laughing. After visiting a bunch of apartments we headed to the street. Ashley would stand in the middle of the road and then cross in front of a bunch of random cars. While we were doing this we look down the street and to our surprise the Easter Bunny is coming to visit. The Easter Bunny comes and hugs Sasquatch. Then Ashley decided that the Easter Bunny should join her in walking in front of cars. It was hilarious! The best apartment experience that night was when Ashley crossed in front of our neighbor Bryan. After crossing in front of him she went into his apartment and started going through their fridge. While she was going through the fridge Bryan comes home and is telling Reese that he almost ran over this huge monkey thing. Ashley hears him telling Reese so she slams the fridge shut and comes walking back into the front room. The look on Bryan's face was priceless! Their front window was open so we got to see the whole thing. It was so much fun!

Exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow the last two weeks have been killer! I have had four exams, 10 chapters read, work, and trying to pack for spring break all wrapped into the last two weeks. On a positive note I did well on all of my exams and my reading is caught up for at least a couple days. I have never been so excited for a vacation! I need a break from work and school. This next week is going to be so fun! I get to go to Disneyland, the beach, Hollywood, and Ashley's mom got us tickets to Beauty and the Beast! It is going to be so much fun! I get to end spring break with 3 of my friends weddings on Saturday. I am so excited for them! I will update when I get back:)

Rear view Mirror

I had the craziest experience today. While I was coming home I witnessed something truly scary while looking in my rear view mirror. I was rounding the final bend in Sardine Canyon when I looked in my mirror and saw this girl preparing to pass me. All of a sudden I see this girl zigging and zagging violently behind me. At first I though she was just being weird, but then looking closer I could tell she is trying to regain control of her car. Her face was that of pure terror. I tell my sister Shaley that the girl is in trouble. Shaley has no idea what is going on because she hasn't seen anything. Right after I say this the girl loses complete control of her car and spins right off the road into the snow. I cannot imagine how scary it was for this girl. I was having a heart attack and I was not even in the car. My sister and I pulled over to make sure this girl was ok. Before we could get over to help her she had somehow managed to drive her car out of the snow and back onto the road. We saw her about a half mile down the road, pulled over checking her car. I never want to witness something like that again. Drive smart people! I should probably add that the reason she lost control of her car is that when she tried to pass me she forgot to look for cars in the other lane! So when she started merging she saw the car and swerved back into her original lane, and ended up losing control.

Frustration

The winning streak of the Aggies has officially come to an end. I am really excited. My roommate Ashley is from California and has invited my sisters and I to her house for the break. I am SO excited to go to the beach, Disney Land, and Hollywood. I think I am most excited to see the sun! I miss the sun A LOT! It is going to be an amazing trip. This is going to be my birthday gift to myself lol:)

I have wanted to travel for along time now. I have made a goal to go to at least one new place every year. I have been doing pretty good. I have gone to Moab, UT; Kanab, UT; and now I am going to L.A., CA! Everyone of these trips have been road trips with friends. I really do have some of the best friends anyone could have. I know this blog probably sounds kind of lame, but this is kind of my own personal journal. I like to record things that make me happy. I just have to express my excitement so maybe I can go to sleep sometime tonight.

Kristy, my sister, came to stay with us this last week. It was a lot of fun. We went and hung out with some of our neighbors. We also went and cleaned the sink at Angies. This was an experience. We were planning on having 6 or more people coming with us to accomplish this task, but things came up and some of the people could not make it. Kristy was not going to let that stop her she wanted to go. I have never had so much ice cream in my life. I can honestly say that I don't think that I will be having any ice cream anytime soon.

My new roommate Ashley is now officially an adopted member of my family. She came down to my house for the weekend and she fit right in. It was a new experience bringing a roommate home to chill with the family. It was fun though. We made it back for Saturday's big basketball game. I can't express home much I love Aggie basketball. It is what carries me through Spring semester.

I still have this blasted cold. I was feeling good for a day and then the next day I felt worse than I had before. I have a feeling I am going to be making a trip to the doctor if this doesn't clear up soon. I think three and a half weeks is long enough for a cold to get up and leave. Hopefully I will get over it and not have to see a doctor. I hate going to the doctor!

Classes are in full swing as of now. I am studying like crazy trying to keep up with all my classes. I had to take a couple online courses because everything was already full. Online is nice because you don't have to go to class, but it really does take a lot more effort to master the class. It will still be worth the effort if I get an A!

First Week

So this past week I have had one heck of cold. Everyday at work it just kept getting worse and worse. After three days of working and feeling like crap I eventually broke down and called in the next two days. I hate calling in sick because I always feel bad.

I finally went back to Logan so I could start the first week of school off. When my sister and I got here we found that our new roommate had moved in!!!!! Our new roommate is Ashley Kramer and she is from California. We have already had so much fun with her and she hasn't even been here a full week yet. This semester is going to be amazing.

Classes thus far are very interesting. It is going to be a busy semester, but I am looking forward to it. My roommates have finally convinced me to take institute. I still don't know how I feel about it. I hated seminary in high school and institute never really appealed to me. I am taking two classes. A Book of Mormon class with my roommate Ashley and a class called Repentance and Forgiveness with my sister Shaley. We will see how this turns out.

The New Year

So this last year was one of the worst/best years of my life. The first part of the year was anything but ideal. I had to deal with a bunch of drama with my ex-boyfriend. Being friends after you date for nine months does not work when one person refuses to give up on getting back together. I learned this the hard way. I learned a lot from this whole ordeal and am happy with the way things turned out even though it was very hard.

One of the hardest things this year was learning who my true friends are. I had a couple of people say that they were my best friends but whenever something came up I learned that I could not count on them. It truly is sad.

Summer hit and my whole year did a complete one eighty. Everything started going very well. I was finally happy and content. I went on a couple of amazing vacations with my family and friends. I started dating again which was huge. I had no desire to date there for awhile. Then summer ended and I went back to school.

My sister Shaley graduated from high school and came with me to USU. It has been fun because Shaley is my best friend and well we are kind of crazy together. We have gone to numerous games, art events, road trips, and random adventures.

I was able to not work Sundays the entire fall semester. So I actually got to go to my singles ward and meet a bunch of amazing people. Costco has been amazing to me. They have worked around my schedule and have also given me tons of hours during this holiday season. I am grateful to this company. I would not be able to do what I do with out this job.

I also got officially accepted into the Accounting program here at USU.

My roommates have been great. One girl moved out because she is going to go on study abroad. So I am getting a new roommate again this year. I hope this new roommate is as amazing as the ones we got last year.

This year has been eventful and full of learning experiences. I am grateful for all the good and the bad because it has made me a better person.

Keeping Life Interesting

Sometimes I like to spice up my life with random experiences. This last week I did not plan on having a certain experience. To be honest I had hoped to never have this experience. So, Thursday after class me and my roommate Jessica were driving home to bountiful. Everything was going great and then all of sudden my car starts losing speed. In about 2 seconds I went from 75 mph to 40 mph. It seriously was the scariest thing I have ever experienced. We made it off to the side of the freeway and parked. I have never used my hazards in my life. I just haven't had a need for them. All the new cars have this easy little button for their hazards so that is what I try to do. Apparently my car has a "special" hazard switch. All I can say is that it is weird. We finally figure out the problem. My car is out of gas. Apparently my gas gauge is toast. I try calling both my parents cell phones to see if someone can bring me some gas. NO ONE ANSWERS. At this point I'm starting to panic. I have to work in less than an hour and I am stranded off the freeway with very few options. My friend Jessica calls her sister who luckily is headed to Bountiful from Ogden at the moment. Her sister brings me some gas for my car. Can I express my humiliation? I mean its not like I could know I was out of gas, but still its so embarrassing. Jessica's sister's family thought it was so funny. The little kids thought it was so cool that they got to save us. This was my random Thursday experience:)

Happy!

I am so happy! Life is going great. I'm enjoying school, hanging with roommates, meeting new people, and also enjoying the occasional weekend off:) I got to go to the USU vs. BYU game on Friday. I loved it! I got so excited I almost jumped right off the bleacher. I also got my first couple of tests back and I am happy to report I aced them both! My apartment looks great! We have decorated the living room. My roommate is majoring in Interior Design and so we put her in charge of making sure our apartment feels "homey."
I really enjoyed conference today. I am so grateful that we have these wonderful people that get to talk to us twice a year. I always feel great after. I haven't been able to actually sit down and listen during the actual session for years. I am so glad that I arranged my schedule so that I don't have work sundays. IT IS THE BEST!

Catching Up

So I am officially back in Logan and yes I am still working at Costco. It's a love/hate thing. This school year has started off right. I went to Bear Lake with some friends for Labor day. It was so fun although a little on the cold side. I was able to make it to the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus concert. It was amazing! I am so grateful that I am able to get back to Logan early on Saturday's. I actually get to participate in different events it is a nice change. I am taking some online courses this semester and so far I am enjoying it. My favorite part I think is going to be not having to hike up to campus to learn the material. We will see though how it goes. My sister and I are roommates lol and so far its been good. My neighbor Skyler is still struggling with his fight with Leukemia. If you would like to read up on his story this is it: crystalandskyler.blogspot.com. This little boy is very brave. I pray that he will be able to improve soon. I am looking forward to this weekend. I will be able to make it to some of the football game! This will be my first football game at USU!

Leukemia

This past week my neighbor Skyler got diagnosed with Leukemia. It was exciting and very relaxing. The first night we went for a four wheeling ride and just happened to see a whole herd of elk right next to us! That NEVER happens! I have been going up to Island Park my entire life and can count on one hand how many times we have spotted a herd of elk where we camp. The next day we went panning for gold. It really was a fun experience. I got a little gold and a whole bunch of garnets. On the way home we saw a bunch of deer and a huge herd of elk off the side of the road. We decided the next day's goal would be to find a bear. So we went looking for a bear in Yellowstone National Park. We went clear up to Mammoth (which is the place with the most bears) and didn't see a thing. On our way to the exit we see a bunch of cars stopped so naturally we got out to see what was going on. There was a bear everyone was saying! I was so excited until they said it had taken off down river. My hopes were crashing very fast until my mom said lets drive down river a little bit. We went down the road a couple times and finally we noticed while passing these people that they were starting to take pictures. I got out and there it was THE BEAR! I know I'm lame but I was very excited. I got some pictures which is all I really wanted. Then I casually watched these idiot people trying to chase the bear. I'm all about staying near your car when you have a bear in the area. Do people realize that this bear could turn around and charge? I was amazed how stupid they were. I seriously thought someone was going to die. They were going through the thick trees not knowing where the bear was. You could barely see two feet in front of you. Thank goodness the bear was in a good mood otherwise we would have witnessed something very sad. I will post pictures up soon.

Vacuum Saved Me

Why do spiders exist? They creep me out so bad. The other day I went to grab some lotion from my bath and body works bag and there is this HUGE HAIRY SPIDER in the bag!!!!! Did I mention that I am terrified of spiders? It gets worse. Later that day I went to do laundry and there is another huge spider in my laundry basket! Then I find yet another one in my bathroom later on. I can kill spiders if they are tiny but these were HUGE! So instead of killing them I sucked them up in the vacuum and then made sure the vacuum was far away from me and my room. Why is there no guys around when you need them? Although that would be kind of awkward to ask a guy to come kill a spider for me. I was almost desperate enough to endure the awkwardness and embarrassment. I drove over twenty hours for this one vacation. Our trip started with me driving to Island Park, ID to pick up my sister Shaley and to get in some serious four wheeling time. I stayed there for a day and got my fill of four wheeling and then we drove on home. The next day we piled into the car once again. We strategically decided to leave later so people did not have to take the day off of work. BAD IDEA!!! We sat in traffic for over an hour and a half. There was a few people that left hours after us that arrived minutes after I did. I can honestly say I will never forget this trip. On the way up a deer jumped out at us and some kind of large bird tried to become a permanent fixture on the hood of the suburban. I do feel lucky though because our friends trailer had two blown tires to deal with coming up. They were two hours behind us and we arrived at midnight. We all arrived safely though thank goodness. The next day we made our entrance into Zions National Park. What a beautiful park! We did some serious hiking and then came back to the house. Then we decided to go cool off in the lake. The lake was beautiful. They had a zip line that you could go on to jump in. I was too scared to even try. It was way high! After we had our fill of swimming we gathered around the fire and enjoyed each others company. It was so much fun. I wouldn't mind going up there again. The bonfire was my favorite part of the whole vacation. We got entertained with the vocal talents Andrew and Christian. Cam was our comic relief. He is our favorite joke teller. I can't wait to do this again!

Summer so far

So far this summer I have been enjoying life. I have been working full time at Costco. It was hard to go to full time hours when I have been doing minimum hours for 8-9 months. I am so grateful for my job and the hours that they have been giving me. It has made my life a whole lot easier:)
I have been playing with my singles ward here in the WB. I really have missed these people. We are getting ready to leave for our big trip next week! I am so excited. We are going to go hiking, swimming, and exploring. I don't think it could get any better than this!

Also I have been able to hang with some of my friends from high school Anna and Leslie. It has been nice catching up with everyone now that we all have a little spare time. I really am glad to be back home, but at the same time I miss Logan! It's weird living with my parents again. It's not bad just weird.

On a positive note many of my male friends from high school have just returned from their missions! It is so fun to see them again after so long. I'm so proud of them. My little sister Shaley is officially graduated! I still have trouble wrapping my head around that. I am officially starting to feel old. I can't wait to return to Logan and room with her. It should be fun:)

Oh and if anyone wants to go hiking let me know. I am going the week after next. There have been some experiences I probably wouldn't have minded skipping, but in the end I really am grateful for everything I have learned. Life's lessons are not always easy or fun. These so called life's lessons have made me the person I am today. I am so grateful for the crazy, horrible, and fun experiences I have had in my life. I am also very grateful for a loving Heavenly Father that has guided me through all of them. The other day I heard someone talking about how they wished they could turn back time and change things they had said or done. I thought long and hard about what I would change if I could go back. I thought about all the embarrassing moments, fights with parents, and everything else imaginable and I can honestly say I wouldn't change anything. Experiences are what change and make us who we are. Why would we want to change that? If we didn't experience the bad how would we know what the good felt like. Learn from the past don't regret anything!

Last Days

So the semester is days away from closing. I think the saddest thing is that I am moving back home. I'm going to miss my roommates. We have way to much fun and I am definitely going to miss this. I am very excited for the summer though! I have a couple vacations lined up for the summer. I can't wait to be tan again also! I do not understand how come the sun has to be gone for 6 months of the year! I need to live in a place that is sunny year round. I am also very excited to go back to work. Yes if you guessed that I was being sarcastic you are right. I'm still on top of the homework, but it is torture doing it. I mean have you been outside? The sun is shining and it is so warm. How is anyone supposed to concentrate when in the back of your head you know you could be outside! I'm sure everyone has heard of senioritus. The lack of motivation students have their senior year. Well I have summeritus. This would be the lack of motivation I have because I want to be outside! Well I guess it is time to hit the books again. Two and half weeks and I will finally be able to enjoy the summer vacation!

Country Night!

One of my favorite things in this world is country music. So when the CMA's are on it is a big event for me. Tonight just happened to be one of those nights. Want to know something better than the music? Cowboys that know how to sing! haha I'm sure you all saw that one coming. Well tonights awards went really well. I was very pleased to see that Taylor Swift did not win anything this time. The girl is talented, but I believe that there are more deserving singers out there. Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert both won awards and performed great songs! These two women are amazing singers. I envy their ability to sing like they do. I can't wait for the next country night:)

Venting

I wonder sometimes why people do what they do. Is it true that people are so inconsiderate and mean that its just natural or is it that people don't think before they say things and it comes out wrong? Why would you make people hurt on purpose? Is it really necessary to act like a child in order to get what we want? I'm really wondering at this point. If the ending result is that we as human beings are sent here specifically to hurt one another I don't see the point. I believe that if we don't have something nice to say to shut our mouths. I am sick to death of people doing this! I don't want to deal with it anymore and I'm sick of people planning things to just irritate one another. All I have to say to these people is to get a hobby that will benefit you and others and concentrate less on making peoples lives miserable. Sometimes the truth hurts and I understand that but the petty arguing and needless negativity is what is bothering me the most. Honesty I can take. The lies and the deceit I will not tolerate ever. Sorry just some observations from this past week and some much needed venting.

Aggie Basketball

There is something about Aggie basketball that is somewhat addictive. I have fallen on the blasted ice here in Logan 5 or 6 times in the last two weeks. I forget how many it happens so often. Tonight after I relocated my car a guy walking by me complimented me on my ice dodging skills. Little did he know that no more than five minutes earlier I had fallen once again on the ice. I about had a heart attack. This semester has gone by so fast! I feel like we just started. I made a goal today to catch up on everything so that I wouldn't be as stressed as I move towards finals week. I want to enjoy finals week. I know that sounds weird, but I'm tired of dreading finals. I think that if I actually get everything done and study in my free time for the next few weeks I can make finals a more enjoyable experience. At least that is what I'm hoping for:) I did a lot of homework today and it felt good to get it done ahead of time for once:) On a completely different note I just have to say that it is so cold up here in Logan. I thought I was ready for this, but I'm not even close to ready for this! I'm not a big winter person. I should be after living in Utah for most of my life, but I'm afraid winter has never made it on my favorites list:) Oh well it should still be fun! Time to layer up!

Converting to blogging:)

My roommates have been suggesting for weeks that I start blogging so I'm going to try it out. I'm just the average working college student. My life is not to exciting, but I'm pretty content with it. I have just transferrred to a new university. It has been a real experience. I love USU I almost wish I had started here to begin with. I went to the U of U for two years before I transferred up to USU. I hated my classes at the U the only thing I really liked was the football team while going to school there. I'm working at Costco so I have the excitement of driving home EVERY weekend. I can't complain too much because it pays the bills. I looked into getting a job in Logan and was dissapointed that they started people out on pretty low wages. So for now I am living in two cities and loving it as much as I can.I'm a huge country music fan for those that don't know me very well. I cannot wait for Carrie Underwoods new music! I like the old country the best. I grew up listening to it and I can't help wishing that I could have grown up in the country. My goal is to live in the country sometime during my life. I like the city but if I had my choice I would be in the mountians away from everyone. I really don't know what to write on here. I have never followed blogging and so writing this is kind of weird for me.
